THP Student Exposed in Local Newspaper

One of THP student is recently featured in Kaltim Post, a local newspaper in East Kalimantan, for his team achievement in ITK National Entrepreneurship Competition, held in Balikpapan, March 2017. His team presented fermented Artocarpus integer (mandai) hot sauce (sambal) as an alternative to other popular sambal as well as in the same time promoting local food. Sambal mandai, previously, has won a prize from Total Indonesie for genuine local product entrepreneurship concept. It is expected that sambal mandai will be widely available via small food producers and souvenir shops in Samarinda and Balikpapan.
