||Anton Rahmadi joined in January 2005 as a lecturer in Dept. of Agricultural Products Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University, Samarinda, Indonesia. His PhD in Assessment of Anti-inflammatory Activity of Foods was obtained in 2013 from School of Medicine, University of Western Sydney, Australia. Previously, he was awarded with M.Sc from the University of New South Wales, Australia in Food Science and Technology in 2008 with High Distinction in research project. He finished his B.Sc in Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia with Cum Laude and secondly awarded with Best Student Award finalists of 2001. At the moment he is the Head of East Kalimantan branch of Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. To date, his h-index was 4 and i10-index was 3. He has supervised more than 40 undergraduate students from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, of which seven of them have graduated, including one Australian undergraduate summer project. His current research interests are in anti-oxidant properties and post harvest handling of indigenous functional foods.
